You will just have to collect more resources to support more people which will let you collect more resources, and so on, and so on. But the game is functionally identical with ten dwellers as it is with 100.

Between acquiring all the water and food and Rad-Away you can, the only other thing to do is keep having babies to expand your population. You can loot new gear to speed up resource collection. You can train new dwellers that speed up resource collection. Yes, you can build new buildings that speed up resource collection. The problem with Fallout Shelter is that the experience evolves in exactly zero meaningful ways as time goes on. It’s just a few steps above Cookie Clicker, tapping the screen to make numbers go up.
